As a user ("User" or "You") of the Platform, You understand that NIBPL is a Insurance Broker providing access between multiple Users in the form of consumers, financial institutions, data partners and other partner service providers etc.

NIBPL is an organization registered with IRDA and holds license bearing Registration no. ____. NIBPL is not a Financial Institution under the Companies Act, 2013 or the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 or any other laws for the time being in force in India. NIBPL is also not a deposit taking company or a chit fund or a company offering any investment schemes as per the rules and regulations for the time being in force in India.

NIBPL is a technology service provider facilitating the insurance purchase and renewal for the Indian users. In addition, NIBPL also provides certain other services with respect to data analytics subject to these Terms & Conditions.

In the event You wish to avail any of the products displayed on the Platform, You will be required to provide certain information.

NIBPL provides various services, including but not limited to the following ("Technology Platform and Software Solutions" or "Services"):

a. Facilitating purchase of Life, Health and General Insurance from various insurers;

b. Facilitating renewal of Life, Health and General Insurance from various insurers;

For the provision of the above-mentioned Services, NIBPL will be using and sharing the information of the User with multiple financial/insurance institutions and other parties, as may be required for the purpose mentioned above and NIBPL shall also run multiple checks to be able to get the best available offers to suit the needs of the Users.
